Most recently J10 supported R&B Singer Lloyd, Jermiah, Donell Lewis, Tomorrow People, Aaradhna and Mario J10 has been building a name for himself young man with an old soul the way he pen’s images for his songs sound like R&B singer Ryan Leslie Member of Wellington based label Make Music Aotearoa J10 is in the right environment shaping his craft. 2015 marked a mile stone for J10 releasing his first official single ‘I don’t want a model’ featuring Flwz from the Footsouljahs and Konflikt. In 2016 J10 is preparing for his new single ‘Let me know’ to drop April 28th collaborating with label mate TrekOne forming the new dynasty The Dream Team. Trek One Producer / Trap Artist Trek One from Linden Porirua where he started his craft as an aspiring producer for his mates in his bedroom. In pursuing his passion and love for music Trek pursued some study and graduated with a Level 4 diploma from the DJ Skool under the guidance of Grandmaster Turntablist DJ Raw at Whitireia Polytech, this engaging experience sparked a fire and and birthed a new love for producing Trek has a huge catalogue of R&B, Trap and Hip Hop beats Trek has performed and supported many local and international Artist’s, most recently back to back sold out shows w/ International Artist TechN9NE, Mobb Deep 20yr Anniversary plus local Artists Donell Lewis and Smash Proof. A young producer with alot of value and a promising future


IMG_1838Percieve Rap artist Pera Barrett aka Percieve was born and bred in Otaki now based in Wellington, working as a corporate slave to feed his family whilst music is his passion his family is everything. Percieve has been releasing records as an independent artist since 2009 with his debut album ‘Second chances’ inspired by a freak car accident in his own words “​put things in perspective”. Dropping out of a promising university degree, Percieve (a.k.a. Pera Barrett) decided to focus on his rehabilitation and love of hip hop. Percieve’s contribution to Wellington’s music scene since then has been epic working w/ rap artists ‘PNC’ ‘Flowz’ ‘David Dallas’ & most recent collabing w/ drum & bass crew State of Mind on the lead single ‘Mr Cover up’ for the LP ‘Eat the rich’. In 2015 pioneer signed up as a student for the MC course at Whitireia polytech 1 of 12 students taught by Flwz and Dj Raw joining our MC school Pioneer would soon impress everybody with his musicality and producer skills until we heard Pioneer Rap and put some bars together Flwz soon realised the potential in this young man and recruited Pioneer into the live band to play music for J10 also offering Pioneer a spot on the bus to take him on tour in May 2015. After successfully graduating from the MC course as student of the year an impressive outcome for Pioneer Flwz spoke with Pioneer to join the Make Music roster and offered a digital distribution deal for his music. We are currently listening to Pioneers new record preparing his first release for June 2016 a very exciting time for this talented young man from Porirua
